Who stands behind the numbers
MintCarb's reports are filed with regulators, read by auditors and shown to investors. That makes who runs the company a fair question, and one worth answering plainly.
Leadership
Vijay founded MintCarb after watching Indian manufacturers work through the shift from PAT to CCTS with tools that were never built for India's regulatory environment — spreadsheets for compliance that carries a statutory penalty, and international software that does not know what an ESCert is.
He leads product and the regulatory direction of the platform: which obligations MintCarb covers, how a figure has to be evidenced before it can be filed, and what the company will not claim on a customer's behalf.
MintCarb is founder-led. As the company takes on more obligated entities, the people accountable for each part of the platform will be named here — this page will grow with the company rather than ahead of it.
How the company is accountable
Carbon compliance software is only as good as what it refuses to do. These are the commitments that shape the platform.
One accountable company
Customers contract with MintCarb Pvt. Ltd.. It is responsible for the service end to end, including the work of its partners.
Verification stays independent
A verifier or assurance provider connected to MintCarb or its technical partner cannot verify or assure a MintCarb customer's report. That separation is enforced in the platform, not left to good intentions.
Methods before opinions
Every figure the platform reports is traceable to the activity data and emission factor behind it. Where a number is estimated, the report says so rather than presenting it as measured.
Built in India, for the obligations India has
MintCarb is engineered in Guntur, Amaravati, against CCTS, PAT, BRSR and the Asian and EU rules that Indian exporters actually face — not adapted from a framework written for somewhere else.
Who builds it
WMAD Private Limited is MintCarb's technical partner — it builds and runs the MintCarb platform technology. MintCarb is operated by MintCarb Pvt. Ltd., which holds the customer relationship and is accountable for the service.
